Trent Jones had a good night during men’s league Tuesday the 29th. He won 1st place and had CTP on holes 5 and 7 and skins on holes 2 and 9. Other skin winners were hole 3, Shelby Gray and hole 8, Gary Maggard. Adam Howe won 2nd place for the evening.
Jackie Smith had a good week during women’s leagues. She had CTP on hole 2 during Monday league and CTP on hole 5 during Wednesday league. She won first place with teammate Julie Lenardson on Wednesday evening and tied for 1st place with teammate Mary Beth Kaps during Monday morning league.
Wedgewood is excited to host the Garden Inn Cabool Alumni Tournament Friday, June 29th at 11 AM. This tournament is open to all golfers and will pay $300 first place; $200 second place and $120 third place. The number of flights paid will be based on the number of entries. Hole prizes include CTP $100 each men’s and women’s and two longest drive holes $100 each. The entry fee is $60 and includes green fees, cart, lunch and CHS 2018 alumni dues. A silent auction will be held in the dining hall so plan to attend this fun event.
