July is here so mark your calendar for the annual Wedgewood Cat & Dog Tournament to be held Saturday and Sunday, July 30 and 31st. Morning (8:30) and afternoon (1:30) sessions will be played each day and golfers can play numerous times with a different partner. Hole prizes will be awarded both days for men and women, and prizes and flights will be based on number of entries. Rental carts are available and lunch will be provided.
Mary Beth Kaps was on a roll during the Monday, June 27th, Women’s League. She won 1st place and all closest-to-the pins – holes 2, 5 and 7. Way to go Mary Beth!
Adam Howe won 1st place during the Tuesday Men’s League June 28th and Shelby Gray and Gary Maggard tied for 2nd place. CTP winners included Shelby Gray, hole 2; Gary Maggard, hole 5 and Adam Howe, hole 7. Skin winners were Jeremy Raney, hole 3 and Jordan Noirfalise, hole 4.
Friday, July 1, Cat & Dog winners were 1st place Ted and Kathy Noirfalise and 2nd place Jerry and Marilyn Dennis. CTP winner was Margie Cook and the men’s CTP will be a carry over.
