The Wedgewood League play started this week including the Monday Women’s at 9:30 a.m.; the Tuesday Men’s at 6:00 p.m.; Wednesday Women’s at 6:00 p.m. and the Friday Cat & Dog at 6:00 p.m. These leagues are a fun, relaxing environment for all levels of golfers and all leagues offer discounted fees for non-members. Children under 12 can play for free after 5:00 p.m. with a member or paid green fee golfer.
The Wedgewood 2-person 18-hole scramble tournament is scheduled for May 28-29 with tee times available at 8:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. both days. You can play numerous sessions with a different partner. Carts are available for rent and mulligans will be available for purchase. Senior tees will be played for 60 and 70 year olds. You can sign up in the proshop or call 417.962.5374.
The Wedgewood swimming pool will be open for Memorial weekend and pool memberships are available.
The volunteer of the week is Mike Austin. Mike is opening the proshop on the following Mondays in May — May 9th, 16th and 23rd.
