Wedgewood Happenings — 04.25.2016

What a beautiful weekend to play golf!  Wedgewood Grounds Superintendent, Scott Elliott, has the greens sanded and aerated and is in the process of installing new tee signs.  Wedgewood has new red and white hole flags, greens cups, sand rakes and range balls.  John Mark Hale is the Wedgewood volunteer of the week.  John is donating lots of hours picking up range balls, working in the proshop and performing handyman duties.

Mark your calendar for the upcoming Wedgewood two-person scramble tournament to be held May 28-29.  This will be a two-day 18-hole event and you can play numerous sessions with different partners.  Everyone is invited to play so make plans to attend this upcoming event.

The proshop will be open the following Mondays in May — May 9th, 16th and 23rd.  Thank you volunteer, Mike Austin, for donating extra time to man the proshop.  For Wedgewood, call the proshop at 417.962.5374.
